Tom and Shannon Puorro have spent decades serving homeowners throughout Southern California.
Tom’s journey began at a young age in residential framing, where he learned that quality construction starts long before the finishing touches.
Over the years, he gained experience in nearly every aspect of residential construction, developing a deep understanding of how homes are built, how they perform over time, and what it takes to build them correctly.
Later, Tom owned and operated a successful SERVPRO restoration business, helping families recover after fires, floods, mold damage, and other unexpected disasters.
Restoration work offered a unique perspective that many builders never experience.
Instead of seeing only new construction, Tom saw what happens when homes fail, age, or aren’t built correctly—knowledge that continues to shape every project today.
Throughout that journey, Shannon worked alongside Tom, helping guide the business while keeping the focus where it belonged: serving people with honesty, compassion, and professionalism.
Today, they’ve combined decades of experience with a shared passion for helping families make informed decisions about one of the biggest investments they’ll ever make.
